Pustules
Acne is a skin condition that people around the world suffer from. Acne manifests itself in the form of acne pustules or pimples which repeatedly come out, no matter what you do to avoid it.
These pustules or zits, are generally dome shaped, pus filled lesions comprising a mixture of white blood cells, bacteria and dead skin cells. It usually forms over sebaceous follicles with a hair in its center and heal without progressing into cysts. Pustules seldom leave scars.
Acne pustules start as a red circle on the skin, with a yellow or whitish center. Pustules should not be confused with papules which are smaller in size and have the ability of forming acne scars if squeezed. To avoid scars forming because of pustules or papules, it is better to refrain touching them at all.
Avoid junk food to avoid pustules
The best way to have a control over pustules is to be aware of some tips to help cure and treat acne pustules. Never pop, scratch or pick acne as it only leads to the spread of its bacteria. This will only worsen the condition.
Staying up late is not good for the skin. This is because the body requires sufficient rest to function and recuperate properly it is only with good sleeping habits can you expect your immune and hormone system to improve.
Use acne creams on your pustule
If you suffer from acne pustules, you can try any of the many acne and pustule creams available in the market. Acne creams and lotions with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid are great for treating pustules. This is because they are effective in absorbing the extra oil that leads to the formation of a pustule.
However make sure you apply these crams properly for too much of it may lead to surrounding skin becoming dry. However if you suffer from an extreme acne attack, it is always better to consult a dermatologist for the right treatment.
Home remedies for pustules
There are also some effective home remedies for you to try out to get rid of pustules. Try applying some tea tree oil directly on your face, twice a day, after washing your face. Till this date, tea tree oil is considered to be the best acne treatment, although unfortunately 10% of the population has some form of allergic reaction to tea tree oil.
Another option to try on your pustule is an aloe Vera mask treatment. This is a good option for not only treating your acne condition, but also to improve your skin’s health. You can evenly apply it on your face, or eat it as food.
As ginger has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, you have to drink as much ginger juice as possible to treat your acne condition. To get the best results, drink only pure ginger juice.
